Easter has sprung…Mallorca welcomes you!Architecture Art Bconnectedmallorca Interior Design Real Estate
Easter has sprung and the island is coming back to its normal self again. We are all enjoying being able to eat on restaurant terraces once again enjoying the sunshine that spring has to offer. Now allowing foreigners into the island with PCR tests, Mallorca is beginning to see all familiar and new faces as people come back to the island to enjoy a getaway from their own lockdowns. And what a place to take a break to. The island is full of spring activities to enjoy, it has to be one of our favourite times of the year. With the weather at its best, not too hot but brilliant sunshine, it means we can be outside without dripping in sweat and enjoy the outdoors. Hikes are a big thing this time of year, people flocking up the mountains and coastal roads to see spectacular birds-eye views of the island.
With all the restaurants now open on terraces this means we can try many different cuisines around the island whether in Palma or in a beautiful small village in the hills, there is too much choice. Patiki Beach is the place to be if you want a drive up north to Soller, with food made from local ingredients, this farm-to-table concept opens 1st April and is definitely worth checking out.

The sea this time of year is at its finest. Crystal clear waters that are sparkly clean before the season starts, this is the time of year to take a boat out if you have one or charter one for the day because it truly is a magical sight. Soak up some vitamin D without breaking a sweat and enjoy the breeze. There are some fantastic charter companies on the island that will find you the perfect boat for your day out.
Embark offers you the possibility to rent a license-free boat in the harbor of Santa Ponça. Their friendly team will teach you all you need to know, so you can become the captain of your boat for a few hours! If you are looking to charter sailboats and yachts @mallorcayachts in Puerto Portals or Bluebnc in Port Adriano will help you each step of the way and make sure you have the best and most pleasant experience.
It is also a great time to practice any water sports you’ve been meaning to try whether this means water skiing, jet skiing, or even paddle boarding as the water this time of year is usually flat as glass. Nauti Parts has every water toy you can imagine, if you head to their store in Puerto Portals you can take a look and see what catches your eye that you want to try! There’s truly nothing better than having a picnic out at sea with friends and family this time of year.
