Who is the data controller?
The data controller is the company of the Bconnected group with which you establish your relationship.

What personal information do we collect?
The data we process is obtained:
- From the forms you fill in and the requests you make, for example, requests for information about our services, our properties and intermediary services, as well as purchase or rental requests;
- Information provided to us for the purpose of contracting our services, including intermediary services;
- Of the information generated by the provision of these services.
All of this data is provided either directly by you or by third parties who process requests on your behalf, for example, other architects or estate agents.

- Data included in the projects you commission from us.
What will we process your data for?
Management of the relationship with customers and interested parties: We process the data that our customers and parties interested in our services and products to manage the relationship with them, provide the contracted services, including real estate management services and, where appropriate, manage the sale and delivery of the products purchased.
These processing operations are necessary for the performance of the contract or for the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the interested parties.
Accounting and administrative management: The data of the transactions carried out will also be processed for accounting and administrative management purposes, in compliance with our legal obligations in accounting and tax matters and with Law 10/2010, of 28 April, on the prevention of money laundering.
Real estate brokerage management: Where appropriate, the data of persons involved in the real estate transactions that we carry out, such as lessors, lessees, sellers or buyers, are processed for the provision of the real estate brokerage services agreed with the client.
This processing is necessary for the execution of the contract that is formalised.
Sending of commercial communications and management of distribution lists: We process the identification and contact data provided by our clients in order to manage our distribution lists and send them communications relating to our services.
These processing operations are based on your consent. Objecting to this processing or withdrawing consent does not condition the execution of the order or the provision of the contracted services.
You may at any time request to unsubscribe from the processing for commercial purposes by activating the link provided for this purpose in our communications or by sending an email to info@bconnectedmallorca.com with the subject ” Unsubscribe publi”.
To whom may we communicate your data?
We will only communicate your data by legal obligation, when it is necessary for the provision of the services requested or with your consent. The recipients of the information may be, among others, the tax authorities, public administration bodies, public registries and/or notaries, collaborating real estate agencies, as well as suppliers whose services or products are included in the projects you have contracted with us.
The communication of real estate transactions to collaborating agencies is based on the existence of a legitimate interest for the administrative and economic management of these collaborations. In weighing this interest against your rights and freedoms, it has been determined that the processing had a limited impact on the privacy of the data subjects, corresponded to reasonable expectations of the data subjects and did not pose significant threats.
If you consent, your identification and contact details will be shared between Bconnected group companies for marketing purposes. The group companies are identified at https://bconnectedmallorca.com/en/
How long will we keep your data?
Your data will be kept for the duration of your relationship with us and, in any case, for the periods provided for in the applicable legal provisions and for the time necessary to meet any liabilities arising from the processing. We will cancel your data when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which they were collected.
Data processed for commercial purposes will be kept for as long as you do not request their deletion.

You declare that the data you provide us with, now or in the future, are correct and truthful and you undertake to inform us of any changes to them. In the event of providing personal data of third parties, you undertake to obtain the prior consent of those concerned and to inform them of the content of this policy.
In general, the fields on our forms that are marked as mandatory must be completed in order to process your requests.

LIVING CONCEPTS, SLU, with registered address at Plaça Espanya, 3, 07181, Portals Nous-Calvià (Illes Balears, Spain) is responsible for the processing of the personal data of the users of the website and of those who register for the BConnected group newsletter.
The following companies of the Bconnected group are responsible for the processing of the data provided in the forms of the Real Estate, Architecture and Interior Design sections of the website:

Management of the relationship with customers and users: The data provided by users in the contact forms will be processed in order to respond to their queries and requests.
This processing is necessary for the execution of the legal relationship established with you or for the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the interested parties.
Administration and management of web security: We process browsing data (IP addresses or logs) to administer and manage the security of the website. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the website. This interest is expressly recognised by recital 49 of the GDPR. In weighing this interest against your rights and freedoms, it has been taken into account that this processing corresponds to general security practices and does not pose significant threats to data subjects.
Statistical and quality management purposes: In order to evaluate and manage the quality of our services, we perform statistics based on aggregated data obtained from web browsing data, e.g. IP address, weblogs, pages visited or actions performed on the Website (+ info in our cookies policy).

These newsletters concern products or services of the Bconnected group relating to the following sectors: real estate (BCONNECTED REAL ESTATE), architectural projects (BCONNECTED ARCHITECTURE), interior design (BCONNECTED INTERIOR DESIGN).
To manage our distribution lists, we segment the recipients of our communications according to their market or language. This processing consists of a simple classification according to objective criteria and is not intended for commercial profiling, prediction or behavioural analysis.
This processing is based on the consent you are asked to give.

This privacy policy applies to the Bconnected Group’s job exchange and recruitment processes.
- Who is responsible for the processing of your data?
The manager of the Bconnected group’s job bank and the party responsible for processing the data of its users is the entity LIVING CONCEPTS, SLU, with registered office at Plaça Espanya, 3, 07181, Portals Nous-Calvià (Illes Balears, Spain).
The companies of the Bconnected group are responsible for the personnel selection processes and the processing of the candidates’ data. The companies of the group are identified at http://bconnectedmallorca.com/.
- What personal information do we obtain?
The data we process is obtained:
- From the curriculum and the information provided at the moment of your registration in our employment exchange or your participation in a selection process;
- From the selection processes in which you participate;
- From the employment website through which you have registered to participate in a specific selection process;
The categories of data we process typically consist of:
- Identification and contact data, such as DNI/NIE/residence permit (if applicable), name and surname, address, telephone, image or e-mail;
- Personal characteristics data, such as nationality;
- Academic and professional data;
- Employment details data;
- Data generated by the process itself;
- What will we process your data for and on what legal basis?
Personnel selection: Your data will be processed for the management of the group’s job bank and the selection processes carried out by and/or for the entities that are members of the group. These data will also be processed in order to keep your participation history in the group’s selection processes up to date and to comply with our legal obligations.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is your willingness to participate in our recruitment processes and our legitimate interest in managing these processes. In weighing this interest against your rights and freedoms, it has been determined that the processing had a limited impact on the privacy of the data subjects, corresponded to reasonable expectations of the data subjects and did not pose significant threats.
The processing of any health data is based on the existence of an explicit consent by having provided us with such data and in compliance with the duties foreseen by the regulations in force regarding the rights of persons with disabilities and their social inclusion.
Statistical purposes: In order to evaluate and manage the quality of our selection processes, we will carry out statistics on the data provided.
These processing operations are based on our legitimate interest in evaluating and managing the quality of our recruitment processes. In weighing this interest against your rights and freedoms, it has been determined that the processing had a limited impact on the privacy of data subjects, corresponded to reasonable expectations of data subjects and posed no significant threats.
- To whom may we disclose your data?
CVs and job profiles of candidates will be communicated to the companies of the Bconnected group. The results of the processes in which you have participated will be added to your profile in the group’s job exchange for the purpose of updating your participation history in the group’s selection processes. We will not disclose your data to third parties outside the Bconnected group, except in compliance with legal obligations or with your prior consent.
The communication of candidate data between companies of the Bconnected group is based on the interested parties’ own wish to be part of our job pool and on the legitimate interest of the group for internal administrative purposes and to optimise the management of its selection processes. This legitimate interest is recognised in Recital 48 of the GDPR. In weighing this interest against their rights and freedoms, it has been determined that the processing corresponded to the reasonable expectations of the data subjects and did not pose significant threats to their privacy.
- How long will we keep your data?
We will retain your data for the duration of your relationship with us and, in any event, for the periods provided for by the applicable legal provisions and for as long as is necessary to meet any liabilities arising from the processing. We will cancel your data when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which they were collected. Specifically:
- The data of the users of our job bank and the history of their participation in our selection processes are kept for as long as they do not request their cancellation.
- CVs are kept for one year from their last update, so candidates must update their information if they wish to continue to be considered for future selection processes.
- Without prejudice to the consolidation of the history of participation in the group’s job bank, the selection files carried out by the companies will be cancelled one year after the end of the process. However, if you are recruited, the data relating to your recruitment process will be kept in your employment file.
What are your rights?
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access it. You can also ask for your data to be rectified if it is inaccurate or to have incomplete data completed, and you can ask for it to be deleted if, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, you may request that we restrict the processing of your data. In this case, we will only process the data concerned for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims or for the protection of the rights of other persons. Under certain conditions and for reasons relating to your particular situation, you may also object to the processing of your data. In this case, we will no longer process the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons that override your interests or rights and freedoms, or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.
You may at any time request to unsubscribe from our job bank and revoke your consent to your participation in our selection processes, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. You may also, under certain conditions, request the portability of your data to be transferred to another data controller.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or any other competent supervisory authority.
