We contracted bconnected – or more specifically Christine Leja – to carry out the transformation of a run down apartment to a bright and spacious one of a kind penthouse with a huge roof-terrace offering wonderful views over Santa Catalina and the bay of Palma. Christine took care of everything from purchase to planning, application of licenses, construction, materials specification, design and supervision of works. Everything was done in a highly professional manner, and the project was completed according to schedule. bconnected also helped with furniture and installations of kitchen and bathroom appliances.
