San Magin Family Apartment

Before starting to design this wonderful project, I received a detailed & honest specification about the lifestyle of its future inhabitants. It was lovely to read this funny “family essay” to know them better  and understand their needs. To be connected with my client like this makes the project much more personal and holistic. The open kitchen and living area give this apartment the warmth the family was looking for with an over-sized, comfortable sofa that is inviting for everyone. Touches of colour was incorporated throughout the home to give it a flair of excitement. Original Mallorcan beams were painted white to give the room a modern feel but keeping with its authentic style.

This became a lovely treasure of a family home.
