Located in the heart of Santa Catalina, this penthouse apartment gives off a sense of calm amongst a busy city. Keeping with its plain white and cream tones but adding a hint of blue creates this beachy atmosphere that suits this coastal style of living. The apartment itself lets in lots of natural light due to its position and large windows.

The stairs in the living room leads up to the roof terrace of this spectacular penthouse, overlooking the breathtaking views of the rooftops of Santa Catalina. This one of a kind jewel was precisely what the owners had hoped for in their most picturesque dreams. We were very happy with the result.
