Before and after: Soho Loft

We absolutely love to see the before and after results of a successful interior design project. It brings us much joy to see the transformation of an empty space into creating a special home.

The “SOHO-LOFT”, located in the well-known and popular location of Santa Catalina, in amongst all the trendy restaurants, bars and cafes, demonstrates a luxurious but discreet living, in a voluminous, contemporary home just steps away from the coast…

Colour and light have been the key tools throughout this project. The bright spacious living space gave lots of room to be creative, combining a good balance of contemporary design with a luminous and fresh vibe, where the Soho spirit meets the Mediterranean lifestyle.

With the exceptional architecture setting the scene, the design concept created for this home was to inspire creativity by mixing clean white colors as the distressed 100% linen Mediterranean sofas and the Eames iconic chaise longue with dashes of color incorporating a Moroccan handmade rich wool rug and colorful cushions.

A special feature of inside the home would be the wine/alcohol cellar incorporated into the living room but separated by iron floor-length windows. A massive round state of the art dining table and an industrial inspired design lamp reflect contrasting styles to reach the perfect balance.

A stylish iron staircase leads up to the amazing roof terrace from the living room where the base tones are kept simple and adding pastel Mediterranean colours in the cushions to lift the mood. The finest accents come through every detail as through the bathroom’s hand-made tiles that give pure originality.

Selected pieces were added for the final touch such as art deco inspired Flos lamps and copper-plated exterior pipes giving it an original flair, along with gold platted pineapple decor and bright colored candle holders. A unique color combination aiming at a good vibration!

The SOHO-Loft is a space that encourages creative living with an open plan that leads to the flexibility of design and function.
