AN ARTISTIC OPENING, AFTER TWO PASSIONATE DESIGNERS ARE BROUGHT TOGETHERArchitecture Bconnectedmallorca Interior Design Real Estate
After a long time planning, Christine and her team have finally celebrated a successful opening of bconnected’s new showroom last 26th April in Santa Catalina. A joint venture with Matthew Williamson, renowned British designer, known for his unique use of kaleidoscopic colors and patterns. Owing a large part of his fame on the island from having designed Suite 67 at the Belmond La Residencia hotel in Deía.
The awaited event was enjoyed in the Mallorcan spring sunshine, filled with over 200 international guests who inspire us just as much as the products on display thanks to the eclectic dress code. Our invitees pleasantly surprised us with their creativity on arrival, all wearing vibrant colors and patterns, to match the neon colored flowers and prop displays. Christine among them, welcoming the guests, dressed in an elegant orange suit. You could imagine such a scene in the art district of New York but instead, we created it right here in the heart of Palma.
The somewhat tropical store first draws you in with its stimulating wallpapers, designed by Williamson himself, inspired by his travels and the island of Mallorca. The intricate details of each product within the store verify both designers careful attention to detail in each of their designs, from candles, journals to larger statement pieces such as lamps and sofas. Each product can tell you a special story behind it.
Christine proudly described it as “a proud moment for her to unite with Matthew to give our clients even more of an array of color and variety”.
If you were not able to join us, we hope you will visit this new showroom soon, especially if you are looking for that bold statement piece to create a unique feature in your home.
